Privacy Policy
How Roofer Gloucester collects, uses and looks after the personal information you give us.
Who we are
This website is operated by Roofer Gloucester, a roofing business serving Gloucester and the surrounding areas. You can contact us about privacy by phone on 0800 494 7291.
What we collect
When you fill in our quote form we collect your first name, phone number, email address if you choose to give it, your town or postcode and your description of the roofing problem. When you phone us we may note your name, number, address and details of the job.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a survey, prepare a quote, carry out and guarantee work, and keep records we are required to keep. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing that contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only where needed to deliver the service — for example with our website host and email provider — or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
If an enquiry does not turn into a job, we delete it once it is no longer needed. Where we do carry out work, we hold the job records for the length of the guarantee and for as long as tax and legal rules require.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
